my mission:

aligning work with wellbeing

Hey, I’m Rebecca 👋🏻

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a coach—you’re getting a mentor who’s been where you’ve been.

I spent years chasing the “dream job”—first in corporate marketing in NYC, then in the world of startups and entrepreneurship. On paper, my career looked impressive. In reality? I was exhausted, stressed, and constantly on the verge of quitting without a plan.

So, I thought leaving corporate to pursue my “passion” would fix everything. I started my own creative business, but found myself even more overwhelmed than before. Plus, trying to turn every passion project into a paycheck drained the joy out of it.

That’s when I realized: I didn’t need a different job. I needed a different approach to work.

So, I stopped chasing the perfect career and started designing a life I actually wanted to live. I focused on what made me feel creative, free, and fulfilled—whether that was painting, cooking, traveling, or event planning. Ironically, the more I prioritized my life, the better my career became. I found high-paying, flexible work. I became a remote-forever employee. I started businesses that made a real impact. I got clear on what I actually wanted.

Now, I help high-achievers do the same. Through Work & Wellth, I help successful (but stressed out) professionals reimagine their work life so they can work less, earn more, and actually enjoy their lives.

I’ve been married to my husband Alex for 5+ years. We had our daughter Isla in 2024.

I’ve been in Austin since 2019, but previously lived in NYC, NJ, New Orleans, and Rome.

I’m an old-fashioned stovetop espresso girl through and through.

I originally went to school to be an architect (spoiler alert: I did NOT become an architect 😂).

In my free time, I’m probably on a walk outside, painting, or planning my next elaborate dinner party.

Work Should Support Life

Not the other way around. My philosophy is centered on my firm belief that we should design a life around our wellbeing first, and then create the career that supports that. Whether you dream of traveling the world, spending more time with your family, or simply working in your pajamas everyday, we can create a career path specifically designed for you.
